What is the Burgal? The burger with inner beauty... Made of a soft vegan bun, a patty made of lots of good things: courgette, carrot, parsnip, lentils, onion, quinoa... and topped with an aubergine caviar, a sauce that is too good (spicy, herbs or vegetables) and a few pickles that wake up! To be found at the kiosk 12 place de la Bastille, from Monday to Friday from 11.30am to 3pm and from 6pm to 9.30pm and weekends non-stop from 11.30am to 9.30pm
