Hospitalite

Alain Ducasse's Provence,
luxury and simplicity

For Alain Ducasse, hospitality is the extension of his culinary profession. With DUCASSE Hospitalité, the Chef plans to share his vision of a certain Provençal lifestyle, bringing together luxury and simplicity.

In Provence, 2 country inns

Alain Ducasse discovered the Bastide de Moustiers while taking a walk and fell immediately in love. Although when he first acquired it in the 90s it was meant to be his country home, the chef quickly transformed the former inn into a charming hotel with restaurant.

The opening of the Bastide de Moustiers, a veritable haven of Provençal peace, marked our first step into the independent hotel business.

In 1999, DUCASSE Hospitalité opened a second inn with restaurant in Provence, the Hostellerie de l'Abbaye de la Celle.

To share the heart and soul of a place and a terroir: one has to be a bit of a magician to transform a host visit into an unforgettable moment.
