Alain Ducasse at Benoit - 20th anniversary
From October 13 to 26, Benoit celebrates the 20th anniversary of its takeover by Alain Ducasse. For the occasion, Chefs Kelly Jolivet and Tom Laureau have created an anniversary menu with flavors of heritage and festivity, paying tribute to the generous bourgeois cuisine of this legendary bistro. An opportunity to enjoy dishes such as the Parisian-style lobster, the Albufera chicken supreme, or the delicate millefeuille imagined by Alain Ducasse.

Hinoki at Ducasse Baccarat
The Breton sushi experience in Paris, for the first time in 10 Years. From September 24 to October 5, Chef Xavier Pensec and Mika Kobayashi, from Hinoki restaurant in Brest, will take over the Midi-Minuit bar for an exclusive collaboration. Their Edomae-style sushi, with fish sourced together with poissonnerie Viot, meets the creations of the Ducasse Baccarat chefs in an iodized harmony.

Opening of Ducasse Baccarat
Together, Baccarat and Alain Ducasse have reinvented the historic Maison Baccarat Paris 16e, to transform it into a place of experiences, moments of life and unexpected encounters where art and craft meet. In the Ducasse Baccarat spaces, discover on the second floor the Alain Ducasse Baccarat restaurant, conceptualized with Christophe Saintagne and executed by Robin Schroeder, and the Midi-Minuit bar, hosted by Margot Lecarpentier.
