Ecole Ducasse,
Master more than cooking

Created in 1999, DUCASSE Education was born out of Alain Ducasse’s will to share his passion and culinary savoir-faire with future generations of chefs and other professionals in the hotel-restaurant business. This desire led to the creation of Ecole de cuisine Alain Ducasse in 2009 for amateurs. In 2019, the partnership with Sommet Education strengthens the ambition to become an international reference.

The philosophy of excellence

Hosted by chefs and pastry chefs who possess enormous experience and a sense of pedagogy, our trainings blend teaching and sharing of culinary techniques and expertise at the highest level, with a resolutely contemporary approach to gastronomy.

With the support of Sommet Education and driven by international ambitions while remaining true to its French heritage, Ducasse Education becomes Ecole Ducasse and embraces a new signature : master more than cooking.

Our pedagogical approach, largely founded on practice, makes a big difference for our students' future careers in the restaurant- and pastry chef businesses.

With campuses and studios in France, the Philippines, India and Thailand, Ducasse schools offer a complete portfolio of tailor-made programs for professionals, returnees, entrepreneurs and amateurs.

In France, there are two prestigious addresses: the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie in Haute-Loire, a world benchmark for nearly 40 years, and the Ecole Ducasse Paris Campus in Meudon, opened in 2020, a 5,000 m² campus whose ambition is to become the world benchmark for training in the culinary and pastry arts, and to train the chefs, managers, entrepreneurs and citizens of tomorrow.

For amateurs and corporate seminars alike, École Ducasse - Paris Studio, located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, is a unique place to discover the secrets of gastronomy in the company of experienced and passionate chefs, pastry chefs and sommeliers, trained alongside Alain Ducasse.
Paris Studio offers a wide range of themed courses, tasting classes and cooking classes for special occasions.

École Ducasse - Paris Studio offers an exceptional setting for exclusive events. Accommodating up to 150 people, the school can provide a 500m² private space with four fully equipped kitchens, an oenological tasting cellar, a meeting room and a boutique, all centered around a luminous patio..
