Missions Beyond Borders

Our clients include diverse businesses like the Lido, Roland-Garros, or the Ponant, that we have accompanied in the conception of their high-end restaurant offerings served aboard their cruise ships.

Since 2004, in partnership with the CNES (National Center for Space Studies), we have also been intervening in the aerospace domaine with the conception of special meals for the astronauts on the International Space Station.

In 2016, astronaut Thomas Pasquet chose 13 recipies proposed by our teams to taste together with the entire team during their mission.
