The village of Sancerre itself, along with Bué and Chavignol, make up the three emblematic terroirs showcased in this exploration of the appellation. Through different grape varieties, soils and winemaking approaches, each wine expresses a distinctive personality and illustrates the remarkable diversity of Sancerre.

On the left bank of the Rhône, Châteauneuf-du-Pape is one of France’s oldest appellations. It offers remarkable diversity thanks to its wide range of grape varieties and, above all, its varied soils. Alongside the famous rounded pebbles, sandy areas can also be found, adding to the diversity that makes this tasting so rewarding.
